I just spoke with Matt and today's deposition had to be continued. It seems Jessie's on-top-of-it lawyer forgot to schedule a stenographer for today's depositions, after he arrived 20 minutes late. While waiting in the beautiful Chilton County, Alabama courthouse would appeal to some, Matt declined the 3-4 hour delay and requested that the depositions be rescheduled. He and Dad are on thier way back to Gadsden right now. He did find-out that Jessie is indeed living in a new place in Jemison. Anyway I hope that you have a safe and blessed Thanksgiving holiday. I am truly thankful for my family, although they may have trouble seeing it at times.
